REOP acts as a technological infrastructure and protocol standard for real estate data. We provide tools for developers to structure their data and for clients (such as AI agents and marketplaces) to consume it.
To access certain features (such as the API or Developer Dashboard), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the REOP API and Protocol for your internal business purposes or for the development of applications that interact with our Services.

The REOP Protocol structure (JSON Schema), the REOP Engine, the website design, logos, and code are the proprietary property of Real Forest Ltd. The "REOP" name and logo are trademarks of Real Forest Ltd.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REAL FOREST LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA PROVIDED VIA THE API IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP-TO-DATE. RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY REOP IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL FOREST LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Forest Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
